Our experienced team of consultants have experience in a wide array of services including event coordination, advocacy and lobbying, project management, organizational governance, budgeting and finance, membership relations, and image enhancement.
Our history
Curt Macysyn began his career as the Director of Constituent Relations and Data Management for New Jersey Assembly Speaker Chuck Hardwick. After completing his tenure with the Speaker, Curt began his career in the non-profit realm with the Fuel Merchants Association of New Jersey (FMA-NJ). At FMA-NJ, he headed up their legislative and government relations program, before becoming the New Jersey State Director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB). Macysyn spent several years representing New Jersey's small business community, and he was the focal point in several small business tax cuts in the Garden State. Later on he became Director of Government Relations for the New Jersey School Boards Association before taking the position with a statewide organization that represented Condominium Associations and Planned Unit Developments. Here he tripled attendance and participation in the organization before founding Enterprise Public Affairs in 2013. EPA's first client was the New Jersey Child Care Association (NJCCA), and in 2019 he became executive director of the National School Transportation Association (NSTA), a position he still holds today.

Curt Macysyn founded Enterprise Public Affairs with this simple philosophy in mind. And while this philosophy may be simple, implementation is often not easy.
Each organization is unique, yet large firms prefer to boil every client down to a least common denominator. While that may work for the firm, who can take on more clients and push them into a “cookie cutter” approach; that philosophy benefits the firm.
Instead, EPA focuses its attention on the individual clients and its members. Volunteers are the lifeblood of any organization, and they need to believe that their efforts are acknowledged and appreciated. With guidance and encouragement, volunteers will perform productively and efficiently when placed in an organized environment – where they are given the tools to thrive.
